We work very closely with our vendors to offer you valuable equipment that will stand the test of time at super competitive rental rates, and if you want to buy out and keep your unit at the end of the rental term, we will charge you the difference between the list price and what you have already paid in rental fees.

Unlike traditional music store we don't offer every piece of equipment from every manufacturer, but the select deals we offer are probably the most affordable way of getting access to absolute dream-gear by Manley, Apogee and others.

There are no free returns on rental equipment or professional audio gear sales.

RENTAL AGREEMENTS: You can cancel your plan early though, which will invoke early-return fees. Those are specified in your rental-agreement and depend upon how early in your plan you want to cancel. For example, if you want to terminate a 36-month rental plan after 3 months the early-termination fees will be higher than if you want to return that same unit 34 months into the plan. We need to cover restocking, refurbishing, re-marketing fees, and in many instances (with our high end audio gear) check and potentially redo calibrations, bias-settings etc.

SALES: Our sales are final, and unless a unit arrives defect we will not offer free returns. All returns will be subject to fees as specified on our sales agreement that you confirm and agree to in our online checkout process.

We ask that you choose your professional equipment wisely and offer rental plans exactly for that reason.

Both interfaces have incredible digital conversion. The difference between Symphony Desktop and Symphony Mk II comes down to features, rather than quality (except for the SE I/O modules, which are our top-of-the-line Symphony Mk II modules). If you are tracking more than two instruments, if you are mixing in surround or immersive, or if you have many different forms of outboard gear and want to run inserts for effects, that can be accomplished with the Symphony Mk II.
